If you like running or some cardio exercise other than walking, that&#039;s what you should do. I&#039;s all about what works for you. Walking has lots of the benefits of running without some of the disadvantages such as injuries. Walking can be a good starting point for those who are not ready for running right away. For the most part though the average unfit person is not a fan of running and can at least imagine walking for an extended period or distance. But the popularity  of walking does not mean that people who walk do not also run! Thanks for dropping by,
