This blog seems to recieve a great deal of visitors. How do you promote it? It gives a nice unique twist on things. I guess having something useful or substantial to talk about is the most important factor.
Does not just the aroma of the coffee energize us even before having it Don’t we get a high appetite just by the aroma of dishes …
I like coffee more as a social adjunct although I appreciate its many contributions to my well being. Walking, exercise and coffee all seem to have a depressant effect on my appetite. I also like to substitute a cappuccino (low fat) for dessert at a meal out.
