Valentine Walk
What could be more romantic than a virtual walk through the French countryside? Perhaps a walk in some of the most famous streets in the world in Paris.
Walking is so beneficial that it is a natural love potion i.e. love of life, and done daily is a weight management technique. It is a physical tonic which taken everyday improves health to the extent you allow it into your life. The desire of this blog is to make wellbeing pervasive in your life through everyday activity such as walking to lose weight. For the majority this is not likely to create long distance hikers or trekkers. It is about being able to do more, physically, be more fun to be with and feel better within and about yourself.
Walking to lose weight combines two goals. It is using the shorter term motivation of losing weight which can mean any number of things such as wanting to look good, be healthier, be more dynamic; and walking as an easy way to build an active life, the lack of which is often the result and/or cause of the overweight in the first, second and third place
The results of walking to lose weight include an extreme wellbeing which is not always the same as weight loss. The purpose of this blog is to achieve both.
